I’ve just come back from a break in Tenerife and unless you’ve been living on another planet E L James’ ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ seems to be everywhere.
The book shops at the airport had English and Spanish versions of the trilogy set on display, and they seemed to be flying off the shelves.
You can now buy all kinds of ‘Fifty Shades’ themed merchandise – even cakes, cupcakes and cookies have not escaped from the’ Fifty Shades’ trend.
