Top Picks: 33 Cupcakes via Ming Makes Cupcakes

This week’s Top Picks is all about a blog I recently discovered called Ming Makes Cupcakes. I’ve only picked one Top Pick this week (as opposed to my usual five), however the beauty of this blog is that there are 33 different cupcake recipes contained in just the ONE post!

Ming claims that after some experimentation, these are a collection of reliable cupcakes recipes that she turns to.

I have to admit that I’ve not personally tried any of them yet. Cupcake Number 2 -The Eton’s Mess Cupcakes and Number 23 – Vanilla with Lemon Filling and Meringue Frosting certainly look delicious.

    Hiya, I went to visit Ming’s website & I decided to give one of the cupcakes a go. So, I made Cupcake 6 – Banana cupcakes with Maple Brown Butter Frosting. It went down a treat! The icing I thought was a bit runny, so I might reduce the amount of butter and milk used but overall a 8/10 scoring.
